Nazha Ali was born in Palestine but grew up in Miami, Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University. Nazha is currently a second-year student at Rutgers Law School. Nazha first decided to attend law school to pursue her interests in immigration law but after her first year, has since become interested in other areas of law such as employment law and property law. However, she hopes that wherever her journey leads her, it is important that she, in some way, give back to local and underprivileged communities.

Additionally, Nazha is on the board of the Rutgers Muslim Law Student Association, a staff editor for the International Law and Human Rights Journal, and part of the Immigrant Rights Collective Group. She has previously interned for the New Jersey Attorney General and is looking forward to interning for a firm this upcoming summer.
